Citi Snow Globe creates a unique video of you and your friends frozen in time inside a life-size snow globe. 16 cameras fire simultaneously combining still images and video to create your frozen moment. Then, you receive an email with a link to your video that you can share with friends.

PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING RULES BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE Citi Pond® at Bryant ParkTM Snow Globe Experience ("Event") whereby YOU will HAVE ACCESS TO A photo booth installation at Citi Pond at Bryant Park to have images taken OF YOU and assembled into a video clip or animated image sequence (the “Video”). IF YOU ACCESS THE INSTALLATION OR SUBMIT AN IMAGE OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATE (“PARTICIPATE”) IN ANY PART OF THE EVENT, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE RULES AND ANY OTHER POLICIES, TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR OTHER DOCUMENTS THAT APPLY OR MAY BE PUBLISHED FROM TIME TO TIME, WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE (COLLECTIVELY THE “RULES”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE RULES, THEN YOU CANNOT PARTICIPATE IN THE EVENT
Citi will not deliver or distribute any Video that violates any part of these Rules.
In order to participate in any part of the Event:
You must be 14 or older, or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian;
You must sign the Waiver provided to you, and have a parent or legal guardian sign the Waiver if you are a minor;
You must agree to cover-up or remove any third-party names, logos or other intellectual property shown on any clothing or accessories that you wear or bring into the photo booth;
You may not make any obscene or inappropriate poses or gestures inside the photo booth;
You may not create any images that are unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, denigrating, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, inflammatory, discriminatory or otherwise objectionable;
You agree to use the Video for your personal, non-commercial use only, nor will you permit any third-party to use the Video for any commercial purposes;
All content will be considered submitted or otherwise created on a NON-CONFIDENTIAL and NON-PROPRIETARY basis;
Citi is under no obligation to deliver, post or use any content created at the Event, and Citi may remove or delete any content at any time in its sole discretion;
It is Citi's policy to respond promptly to claims of intellectual property misuse. If Citi determines, based on its sole discretion, that your content infringes on any third-party intellectual property right, Citi reserves the right to destroy or withhold deliver of the Video, or it is has already been delivered to you, require you to return and/or destroy the Video and any content thereof; and
Citi reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the Event or your participation in the Event at any time, and you agree that Citi shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any such suspension or discontinuance of the Event.
